| Our
aim is that you to enjoy your stay at La-Trinidad and for this reason we
do not wish to pose lots of unreasonable terms and conditions. We simply say that this is
our home. All the furnishings and creature comforts are new and we ask
that you take care of them as you would if they were your own.

| Booking Deposit | 20%
Required at time of booking. Payment to be made either by Euro Cheque or
Euro Cash.
|
||
| Damage Deposit | £1000
Sterling required. To be refunded following
inspection on departure and reading of the Electricity & Gas meters.
|
||
| Balance of Payment | Required
6 weeks prior commencement of Rental.
|
||
| Insurance | It
is strongly recommended that adequate holiday insurance provision be made.
The owners are indemnified against any claim arising.
